Nothing is charged on the website
nahondausa.online does not process a vehicle sale, a plan purchase or a paid download. The request form does not ask for a card and does not transmit a payment. Because the site takes no money, it also makes no automatic refund of a site purchase. There is no order number and no receipt generated here. If a person claims the website charged them, that charge did not come from a checkout on these pages. Ask the bank which merchant name appeared, and compare it with the company named on the About page before you treat the two as the same event.
Budget preferences are not charges
The optional budget field lets you describe an approximate amount in USD that you have in mind. Entering it does not charge that amount, issue an invoice or establish an agreed vehicle price. The category cards contain no stock price or monthly payment offer. A refund cannot be calculated from a preference that you entered but never paid. If an actual transaction takes place later, refer to its invoice, contract or payment record rather than to the number typed into an initial enquiry.
Before any separate contract
Until you and the company have a separate written agreement, there is no fee held by the website to return. You may stop an email draft at any time by not sending it. You may ask the company to disregard a question it has already received. Disregarding a question is not a refund, because no money moved with the question. You do not lose a statutory right by asking the question, and you do not gain a vehicle or plan by asking it either.
After a separate contract exists
If you later make a payment under a separate agreement, cancellation and refund questions depend on that agreement, the party receiving the payment and the mandatory rules that apply. This page cannot determine the outcome of a transaction that is not processed by the website. Keep the relevant agreement, invoice and payment record, and explain what you want reviewed. Any written response should refer to the actual transaction. An enquiry about a vehicle category does not itself set a cancellation fee or a refund timetable.
Banks and other companies
A bank, a card network, or a vehicle seller is not this website. If one of them moved money, the request goes to that organization as well as to any contract you have with the company. Na Honda cannot reverse another merchant from these pages. A manufacturer warranty is not a refund program of this site. Keep the two relationships separate when you write, so the reply addresses the payment you actually made.
How to ask about a payment you can document
Write to [email protected] or use the Contact page. Include your name, the dates, the amount if any money was paid, where it was paid, and what you want reviewed. Do not include a full card number. A return of funds must be confirmed by the party that processes it; this website cannot issue that confirmation. You keep rights that a statute gives you even if a contract is silent. If no payment exists, say that clearly so the reply does not search for a charge that never happened.
